These terms apply only to the public Aeviant Biosciences website. They do not replace any confidentiality, collaboration, investment or other agreement entered into separately with Aeviant.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a confidential relationship. Do not send confidential technical information unless Aeviant Biosciences Inc. has signed an appropriate non-disclosure agreement.

Informational purpose

Website content is provided for general scientific and corporate information. It is not medical advice, a clinical recommendation, legal or investment advice, or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Using the website or contacting Aeviant through it does not create a physician-patient, advisory, fiduciary, partnership or confidential relationship.

Investigational programs and scientific statements

AVX-1 is a computational, discovery-stage research program. It has not been experimentally validated, tested in humans, or evaluated or approved by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulator. It is not available for clinical use, and safety and efficacy have not been established.

Scientific pages distinguish established biology, preclinical evidence, Aeviant interpretation and program objectives. A program objective describes an intended property, not a demonstrated result. Content reflects the evidence and review date stated on the relevant page and may change as research develops.

Permitted use

You may access and use this site for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes. Ordinary search-engine indexing and linking to public pages are permitted.

• Do not attempt to bypass security controls or test the site for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Do not interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code or use the site to send unlawful material.
• Do not misrepresent Aeviant content, remove attribution or imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation without authorization.
