This website is published by Aeviant Biosciences Inc., a therapeutics company based in British Columbia, Canada. Legal and website-notice inquiries may be sent to [email protected].

Current research status

AVX-1 is currently in computational design. Synthesis and experimental pharmacology are the next validation stages. Its intended pharmacology, safety, efficacy and clinical value remain to be established.

No Aeviant product has been authorized for sale or clinical use. The website does not offer a medicine, provide access to an investigational product or recruit participants for a clinical study.

How to read scientific statements

Scientific pages identify whether a statement is supported by published literature, preclinical evidence, Aeviant analysis or a program objective. They also state whether an Aeviant result is computational or experimental and identify material limitations.

A target profile, intended mechanism, advancement criterion or expected property is a research objective unless the page identifies a completed result that supports it. A computational result is not a measurement of binding, pharmacology, safety, efficacy or activity in a living system.

Website scientific content is corporate communication, not medical advice or a clinical recommendation. It should not be used to diagnose, treat or make a healthcare decision.

Forward-looking information

Statements about research objectives, expected properties, development plans, financing, collaborations, patent strategy or possible therapeutic value describe current intentions or expectations. They depend on future evidence and events that may not occur as expected.

Aeviant may revise, redirect or stop work when the evidence, resources or operating context changes. A forward-looking statement is not a promise that a program, transaction or other outcome will occur.

Intellectual property and attribution

The Aeviant name, wordmark, original website text, diagrams and visual materials are owned by or licensed to Aeviant Biosciences Inc. unless the page identifies another owner. Cited publications, third-party names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Patent pending means that Aeviant has filed a patent application relating to aspects of its research. It does not state that any patent claim has been granted or will be granted.

Publication of information on this website does not grant a patent, copyright, trademark, data or know-how licence beyond the limited permission stated in the Website use notice. Rights available under applicable law, including fair dealing, are not restricted.

Confidential information

Public pages contain only information approved for public disclosure. Aeviant decides separately what additional information, if any, may be shared for a defined collaboration, diligence process or other business purpose.

An unsolicited email or website inquiry does not create a confidential relationship. Do not send an unpublished invention, molecular structure, research result, patient information or other confidential material unless Aeviant has agreed in writing to receive it under specified terms.

No offer or professional advice

Website content is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a security, intellectual-property right, product or service. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice.

Website content does not itself create a financing, licence, collaboration or other transaction. Any such transaction is governed by the agreement made for it.
