Programs
Aeviant currently has one research program described publicly in detail. A second program is listed by name only; further information remains confidential until the relevant patent filing.
AVX-1
AVX-1 is Aeviant’s lead public research program. It is seeking a small-molecule positive allosteric modulator of the α2A-adrenergic autoreceptor with a Gi-biased, arrestin-sparing profile.
α2A-adrenergic autoreceptor · Positive allosteric modulation · Noradrenergic dysregulation · Computational discovery
AVX-2
Further information will be disclosed after the relevant patent filing. Until then, program details remain confidential.
Program evaluation
Aeviant uses literature review and computational analysis to define, challenge and prioritize research hypotheses. A program advances only when experimental pharmacology, chemistry, exposure and safety justify the next stage. Computational output is not experimental evidence, and a failed predefined criterion is a reason to redirect or stop the work.
